“Our self defence classes create confidence that will aid in your safety, but also in your working and personal life. This is achieved by the life coaching skills our defence system promote”
Mens Self Defence is so much more different than females in that allot of attacks are ego and alpha male orientated, from alcohol fuelled attacks, road rage, muggings and gang culture attacks, the emotions of both attacker and victims can run high. You only have to watch the news to see that almost everyone can become a victim of violence. Allot of individuals try to blame the police or someone else, but the facts of the matter are that you need to look out for yourself more nowadays and spend time learning awareness and defence concepts. Going to a martial arts club is not the answer, as there are no rules, etiquette or philosophy in the streets. You should be developing skills that enable you to create Options as opposed to a technical based response.
From statistical information a man is 76% more likely to suffer some form of an attack than women and 16 – 24 year olds are more at risk, which is due to the fact that they are more socially active. With the extended drinking hours and the awareness of street crime and gang culture, I don’t think that you can pickup a local newspaper without reading about an attack of some sort. The RAID mens self defence system is structured in a way that you can clearly understand the types, body language they use and the delivery indicators of attackers, so that you can avoid them without physical confrontations.
Anyone of any age that feels they need the confidence, empowerment or practical concepts that our self defence provides to deal or manage conflict or physical situations from the streets, work or environmental hazards faced today.
