Welcome to H2H Self Defence Store

H2H Self Defence store has a selection of products that are all approved as being the very best in personal safety and personal defence. The manuals we have which are designed and printed by us are very detailed but easy to understand they can also be found on Amazon.co.uk. The DVD comes with the manuals and are not sold separately as you need the background information. They are detailed and they explore more angels and breakdown each part of the concept. The self defence spray is the Red Stoppa UV spray which is legal for use in the uk. The other products under our RAID banner are designed by H2H and are all used in connection with our self defence systems.

H2H Self Defence News

H2H Defence is conducting the RAID course aimed at level 3 which is the equivalent to an A level. The course will be conducted over a series of three weekends and will allow the maximum amount of feed back from the students to get the right amount of practical to theory ratio and work on the final design of the 5 workbooks. Once this pilot has been seen as a success we shall be running regular courses to the civilian community.
