SELF DEFENCE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

RAID Self Defence Instructors program is the most comprehensive system of today.

Introduction to Our Instructors Program

There are many self defence instructors programs out there that offer you an instructors qualification after only 6 days training. What can you learn in 6 days, not to mention that how the hell can you teach what you have just learnt. This is purely a money making scheme which offers no support and definitely no backup after you have completed the course. H2H Defence takes pride in its teachings and as such we don't allow this type of education to happen. The steps bellow outlines how we develop and prepare instructors to teach our curriculum.

Step 1 Attending Regular Classes

The first step is to obviously show an interest and start training with one of our qualified instructors in the RAID system. This enables the student to examine and learn the system inside out. At any time during your lessons you may make a request to become an instructor , your instructor will then keep an eye on you to see if you are ready to progress onto the instructors interview stage.

Step 2 Attending the Interview

The interview stage is very important as you will be asked a series of questions on Personal Defence and about your reasons in becoming a self defence instructor. We will inform you by email if you have been accepted and if not what criteria you failed to meet. During the interview you will also be informed on the H2H Defence company structure and the way in which we do business as you will potentially become an ambassador and licensee of our brand.

Step 3 Attend the 16 day intensive instructors course

The next stage if successful on the interview will be to join our 16 day instructors program which is progressive. You will learn the in-depth mythology into the system and also work towards your professional teaching qualification whilst preparing and delivering criticised lessons. By the end of the course you will be able to not only teach the RAID system but also run your own business. Your qualifications when you leave are unparallel within self defence.

Step 4 Sign the Licensee Agreement

Once your certification has been approved and you are successful you will need to sign the licensee agreement and then you will be provided with your insurance certification, business cards, web access and promotional start up material including your first 10 student packs ready to go. From then on you will be backed by H2H Defence Limited and all of your continual professional development will start from there.

Welcome to H2H Self Defence!

H2H Defence instructors have years of personal experience within different systems, but what makes them unique is the fact that they have trained in the RAID system for an extensive period of time and then completed a rigorous instructors program in which they have to gain the level 3 Rapid Action Initiated Defence Qualification through the Open College Network, then complete the Health and Safety at Work first aid course then lastly they have to complete the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Professional Trainers Qualification. This accolade of professionalism is backed by the corporate governance of H2H Defence Limited in order to keep the consistency of the core values, lost by many other systems today. We don’t just push out instructors with 5 days of instruction. To become an instructor of the RAID System you need to embark on a 10 month training program through one of our registered instructors, then you will be asked to sit in an interview. If selected then you will be booked on the 16 day instructors program which is pass or fail. If you pass the course you will be able to go straight to work and enjoy a new and exciting career as a self defence and personal security instructor.
