Rapid Action Initiated Defence (RAID) knows what and how aggression escalates, This is not to be confused with a negative as it can be positive when needed. H2H Self Defence explores aggression in great detail within our teachings.

DEALING WITH AGGRESSION
Everyone gets angry but with the negatives there can be positives to aggression.
Dealing with Aggression
Naturally there is aggression in everyone and depending on the person depends how much they use it daily. In human evolution aggression played a big part, we had to be aggressive to hunt, protect ourselves from animals or another tribe, and protect our territory from invaders, our women and children from different kinds of threats. We can't deny that aggression helped us to be who we are today. The important thing is that even if it's instinctive we can override that instinct with intelligence. We are the only mammals that are able to do this. So the question is not how not to be aggressive but how to control it, either it's our own or someone else’s towards us. If we understand the reason of aggression we might be able to minimise or redirect it without using physical force. Maybe we invaded someone's personal space without knowing about it or the person misunderstood what we said, loss of face before friends or girlfriend, not leaving a way out of a situation and so on, there are lots of reasons why someone turns aggressive. And if we get to the point where we have no other option but using physical force, by following the teaching of our RAID system we are able to use the attacker's survival instinct against his/herself and no human can override that as it is scientific. Strength, flexibility, speed, fighting skill, etc. doesn't give us power. The real power comes from knowledge, intellect and wisdom.
“To know what gets us angry is to know what escalates aggression within attackers”.
