Welcome to Corporate Self Defence
You have a legal duty to protect the health, safety and welfare of your employees, under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This duty includes all forms of work-related violence, which HSE defines as: "Any incident in which a person is abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances relating to their work" Tackling the risk of violence is the same as dealing with any other possible cause of harm in the workplace, such as slips and trips and lifting heavy loads. The methods in which H2H Defence can benefit your organisation are Quality Training and Professional Security Device Systems.
Duty of Care
Under Health and Safety you have to ask yourself
are you doing enough to protect your employees from violence. This can be in
the form of physical assault, stress or fear and anxiety. Today more and
more employees are taking time off work from stress due to these issues,
which can cost your business time and money. H2H Defence has designed a
program called STOP which is a practical method of dealing with such issues.
The course is practically based with scenarios that relate to your core
business. To understand in more detail your duty to provide a safe
