It was a very rewarding experience and if I had to sum it up briefly I would say; in life as most things are given a monetary value, then the resulting change in personal outlook and thinking bought about by this course is priceless. I don’t mean that if it had a million dollar price tag on it that it would be a marketable product but I refer to the fact that the end result is something money can’t buy. It is not only a quality self defence course but also provides better team building and personal awareness than many courses that specialise in these areas could.
I didn’t know what to expect from this course but as soon as it started it grabbed my attention as well as the other students. From start to finish the course was very informative and well structured, I could go as far as to say it was enjoyable. The Techniques we learnt were very easy to remember which is a big part of it and they are very effective when used. The interactive side to the course was very good as we got a chance to pressure test the techniques, as well as learn how effective they were when used against ourselves which only reinforces the belief how good they are. A big part of why I took the class was the adjustment i have had to make through getting older, often reflecting on how fit and strong i was in my youth and what would happen if i ever had to tackle someone like that now. I can categorically state that the knowledge gained through this course has rebalanced if not outweighed my fears, so if confronted with them i feel positive that i could deal with the situation.
Tremaine taught the course and his professionalism to teaching was first class likewise was his assisant who will be taking classes, you can see how thorough the training is to his instructors and why it takes so long to qualify to be one.
I would highly recommend this course to all those who are thinking of seriously taking self defence tuition and i can recommend that this is far more effective long term rather than any martial arts course.

5 out of 5 H2H Defence Ltd are an excellent and highly reliable training provider. I attended the 4 day RAID course, and found it to be very well structured, challenging and rewarding. The course materials were excellent, and the instructors very knowledgeable and helpful.
The course itself works for all levels of experience: I came from a background of having had no training whatsoever in any form of combat or martial art, whilst others on the course came from extensive martial arts, police or military backgrounds. We all came away from the course having learnt a great deal, and utterly convinced that this was the best course we had ever been on.
RAID offers a set of simple and highly practical self-defence techniques that can be applied with confidence no matter what your background. You will be glad you went on this course, and you will most likely want your friends and family to go on the course too, it really is that good.
I have attended many courses claiming to teach a quick effective system to deal with everyday conflict, this course blew me away, the course package is well delivered and supported by literature and top class instructors, I find myself using the system in my everyday life creating much stronger self confidence within myself.
