SELF DEFENCE TRAINING

Self Defence Training - H2H Defence has finaly opened its doors to the general public and as of the end of june 2009 will be running self defence training courses from our new bespoke reality training room in norfolk. The dates of the first course will be posted on our site and on this blog very soon.
