1. In the event of a customer booking a course the following conditions apply when the customer wishes to cancel.
2. Cancellation notice received more than 3 days prior to the course commencement date – The customer will be allocated to the next available course running of their choice.
3. Cancellation notice received less than 3 days before the course commencement date, - The customer will be allocated to the next available course provided spaces are available for that course. Space will be confirmed 12 hours prior to their preferred course.
4. No cash refunds. Only credit notes when applicable.
5. We do not accept liability for damage or injury through negligence during training by customer.

2. Unless stated in writing these conditions override any negotiations referred to by the purchaser.
3. Any damages or shortages - notify within 48 hours of receipt of goods, in writing.
4. Deliveries must be checked by the customer before signing a receipt from the courier. The company will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for, with no reference to the condition it was delivered in on the couriers delivery note. Please note for damaged item claims all original packaging must also be returned.
5. H2H DEFENCE endeavours to hold all items in stock ready for immediate next day or standard delivery. Please note delivery times are not guaranteed! In extreme cases where items are out of stock we will notify you of the expected delivery times. With reference to our polyurethane training weapons these items are manufactured to order, customers should allow up to 15 days for delivery.
6. Designs and colour schemes may vary due to the manufacture and/or dye process of some items from time to time. All photos and pictures used are for guidance only and colours displayed may actually differ slightly from actual colours depending on display colour setting and lighting conditions.
7. Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by the customer - to included sending back to source.
8. Debt collecting agency or court charges will be passed to the customer.
9. Parcels not received/lost - normal channels pursued before compensation allowed if any. Items can not be classed as lost until 15 working days have expired. In extreme cases please allow up to 60 days for any compensation claims to be completed. We do not accept liability for missing/lost items where the customer as supplied incorrect delivery details.
10. Minimum p&p (standard post) paid on returns (receiving and sending out) and where free postage is shown. If claimed by the customer at time of sending packaging to be enclosed if parcel damaged upon receipt.
11. Please remember to state why you are returning the item, in writing, and enclose a copy of the relevant invoice. Please also refer to our Returns Policy.
10. Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products without notification.

An admin charge (minimum 3%, maximum 15% of total order value) will apply at the discretion of the company where necessary e.g. account information, insurance, tax, solicitor, returns, re-stocking in the event of a cancelled order (exception see clause 26 below) and recovery of costs etc etc (not inc.p&p).
13. £10.00 charge for uncleared cheques (per cheque) - for any reason e.g. returned by bank or re-presented.
14. Ownership of goods will be passed to the purchaser when payment is received in full.
15. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
16. No custom order, specific order or sale item will be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
17. Back ordered goods will be dispatched asap and will not incur extra postal charges.
18. All currency exchanges and purchases via the online shop are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds/Sterling)
19. VAT (TAX) For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is automatically added to all orders and invoices. For those customers who supply a validated Euro VAT number and for all other countries outside of the EU, 15% will be deducted from all orders/invoice.
20. Please note: A £2.50 (minimum) administration charge will apply to any customers who supply a incorrect Euro VAT number which results in any order having to be cancelled/voided or refunded.
21. Customs and duty. Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
22. Deliveries made to PO Boxes, Public buildings, Multiple occupancy buildings and such like are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, items signed for by another or returned items once they have been despatched. We remind customers that items are delivered to a specific address not to a specific person.
23. Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (exception-see clause 20 above) purchasers of H2H DEFENCE merchandise have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of delivery. To cancel your order email us here. If goods have already been dispatched then they can be returned unopened in original packaging. Return address will be supplied upon email request. Postage costs are non-refundable.
24. The regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing including fax or email. A telephone call is not enough. In the event of cancellation the goods must be returned as new (and for the videos and DVDs unused & unopened) at the consumer's own expense. If the goods are not returned H2H DEFENCE can arrange for the goods to be collected and direct cost will be returned from the refund total
25. Customers wishing to contact us must do so directly using our contact details supplied here on our main services page. Contact made through 3rd parties or personalised e-mail address etc can not be guaranteed.
26. Web Links. We may from time to time provide links to websites owned and operated by third parties. While every effort is made to review these links and contents of said websites we have no control over that content or security of those third party websites. If you decide to access a third party website through a link on the Website, you do so at your own risk. We make no representations regarding the content of third party websites or any results that may be obtained from using them.

28. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we do amend these terms and conditions, the amended terms will be effective when posted on this website.
29. For customers choosing Credit/Debit cards as their payment method a minimum order value of £6.00 is required. For orders under this amount we reserve the right to cancel with notification. For customers choosing the PayPal method of payment there is a 2.8% surcharge.
30. These terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights
In order for H2H DEFENCE to efficiently deal with your return, please note the following :

2. Please return goods to :- H2H DEFENCE office address
3. Please enclose a copy of the relevant invoice applicable to the goods you are returning.
4. If one item is being exchanged for another, on returns parcels postage and packing will be charged to the customer to cover the postage and packing for resending. To confirm the postal cost please contact me.
5. Please state in writing why the items are being returned. For items not returned in the original packaging we reserve the right to deduct 10% to cover a repacking fee
6. Refer also to our terms and conditions.
7. If a product is unsuitable for any reason, please do not try and alter the items, e.g. cut, boil wash to shrink, damage in any way. Please contact us first.
8. Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when returned as new in original wrappings within 14 days of purchase (and for videos and DVDs sealed and unused). The cost of returning the goods is at the customer's cost, we only exchange or refund the value of the goods, not the postage and packing. Please Note H2H DEFENCE subsidises some of the postal rates charged. If we have done this on your item then we reserve the right to deduct the full amount of postage from your refund.
