Welcome to H2H Self Defence!

H2H Defence limited is the most unique self defence system known today, in that we really have designed a program for the normal every day person. It is not another martial arts club that claims to teach self defence as another money spinning gimmick. We are dedicated to personal security and delivering a realistic defence program that is unparallel within the self defence sector. There are many systems trying to copy and replicate our system which is now trademarked and copyrighted. The self defence for men and women can be learnt through one of our qualified instructors throughout the UK over 10 months at one night per week classes or you can train with the founder on an intensive course and learn the fundamentals and basic practical applications. The whole system which is known as Rapid Action Initiated Defence (RAID) is designed to follow the natural progression of a potential conflict from start to finish, or as we say from 1 to 5. The reason why we teach this way and with this breakdown of 5 modules, is that we only ever hear about the physical and the actual physical parts of an incident. The bad side to this is that there is always a before and after to any event known as Pre and Post conflict, this area is totally overlooked by many and from research it has been shown that only 15% of all confrontations is made up of the physical, which means you need to spend more time learning the other 85% of conflict..

New to 2010 – This new year will be a very busy year for H2H Defence Limited as we have more self defence training courses available for men and women either through our instructors classes or by the founder Tremaine kent. If you are wishing to start the new year positively and safe then why not get involved and try the RAID System. During the first quarter of 2010 we will be running the first instructor programs which are planned over 16 days. This program is to provide professional instructors to the country’s demand for personal security specialists.
